The Town of Marana, Arizona, adopted Ordinance No. 2024.029 in December 2024. What this does not establish
- The adoption day, 17 December 2024, is handwritten on the signed ordinance and on Resolution 2024-108; it was read from the page images.
- The effective day, 17 January 2025, is computed from Section 5 (effective on the 31st day after adoption); the ordinance does not print it.
- Later amendments were not checked.
- This town ordinance is separate from the Chandler ordinance and from Arizona state tax measures.
Unresolved questions
- The status of any referendum on a data center specific plan was not checked.
Relationships
Supersession means a later instrument replaces the earlier legal effect. Repeal links identify the repeal instrument and the measure it ends. A later implementation or related letter is not treated as a replacement unless the record says so.
- No related action is recorded.
