What the source record says
Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. St. George's FY2025-26 Redevelopment Agency budget itemizes every currently active project area by name (Central Business District CDA, Dixie Center EDA, Ft. Pierce CDA #1, Ft. Pierce CDA #2, Millcreek CDA, and Tech Ridge CDA — formerly the St. George Airport Community Development Project Area), none covering the Tonaquint corridor at 1108 West 1600 South; the facility instead sits within Tonaquint Business Park, a privately developed park built by the site's own developer to attract tech companies, not a public redevelopment district. No city or state filing names Valor C3. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 sales-tax exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
