Some source-reported values are held out of this page.

These reviews flag conflicting scope, inconsistent source text or support that has not been established. A withheld value may appear in the explanation, but is not displayed as an established field. The upstream row remains attributed under Sources.

  • Cooling: Previously held pending provider-field review. The concern has not been resolved by an independent source review for this captured edition; the field remains withheld.

What the source record says

Approximately 6 miles southwest of Myton near Wells Draw and South Myton Bench; ~475 acres for data-center use within a ~879-acre leased area; targeting operational by 2029. Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-04): no site-level subsidy. The county's conditional-use findings report carries no tax-abatement, CRA/RDA or payment-in-lieu-of-taxes term, and no Duchesne County or Myton CRA project area was found to exist at all. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
