Provider notes

Energy. Site-specific co-located wind (primary) plus solar is the defining, named story — Geronimo's own press release describes the project as 'a data center collocated with new local, clean power generation which will supply power to the data center,' explicitly citing the Plum Creek Wind, Plum Creek Wind II.

Community. Nobles County Board rejected the requested zoning change (~June 2026); no confirmation found of the developer abandoning or appealing the project, so status is recorded as proposed pending further news rather than presumed cancelled.
