What the source record says
Franklin County Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval 5-4 on 2026-04-21/23. On 2026-09-15 the Franklin County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved rezoning for this project (reported by Spectrum News as the 'Gateway Digital Campus', planned near the Shaw Nature Reserve along I-44) and for a second, separate project. Spectrum reports that a developer has contacted the county to proceed and that the county still has to review board regulations not yet sent to it, so rezoning is not construction approval. Also marketed by the developer as 'Gateway Digital Campus.' The companion Crooked Creek (Beltline Energy) proposal in the same county was reported withdrawn on 2026-08-07; the 2026-09-16 Spectrum report describes a Beltline Energy Project south of Pacific as also rezoned, which this dataset has not reconciled and does not include here.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
