Provider notes

Energy. Company proposes to power the site with methane produced on-site from Butler Well No. 3, a 1998 vertical well drilled to 2,655 feet in the Triassic Basin; it would be the first commercial gas well in that basin if approved.

What the source record says

Deep River Data is majority-managed by HM Tech, which runs an existing bitcoin mining and ASIC repair facility in Graham, NC. The company says the North Carolina site would serve AI workloads rather than crypto mining. As of the reporting cited, the project is pre-feasibility: nothing has been approved, permitted or built, and no capacity figure has been published. Site is south of U.S. 421 near the Lee–Chatham county line; coordinates are the Cumnock community, not a parcel.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
