Community. Pittsylvania BOS approved the rezoning unanimously (July 2024), but residents living near the Ringgold parcel spoke against the project at both the Board and Planning Commission meetings, citing noise and light pollution.

Construction of phase 1 targeted mid-2025 to early 2026 per developer statements at time of approval; up to ~5 buildings, 200MW with room for expansion, ~$4-5B projected investment, build-out over ~10 years.
