A 428-acre technology and data park on Goldworth Road (Hwy 61) in Villa Rica, Carroll County. The council approved a technology park overlay 4-1 in January 2025, and annexation and rezoning in May 2025. First phase is targeted for 2028. Coordinates are the Villa Rica city centroid.
