Summary

Louisville Metro Council ordinance O-251-26 proposes Land Development Code amendments for data centers following the Planning Commission's review in Case No. 25-LDC-0014, including new definitions and use standards. Legistar shows the Planning and Zoning Committee recommended it and postponed it on 15 September 2026, with a 6 October 2026 agenda date. It is a pending proposal. Final Council action on it would end the O-135-26 moratorium early under that ordinance's terms.
