Proposed This proposal has not been enacted or adopted.

Scope

Littleton Ordinance No. 22, Series 2026, would establish a temporary moratorium on the establishment, construction and expansion of data centers, under which the City shall not accept, process or approve any application for rezoning, site development plan, subdivision, use approval, building permit or other land use or development approval for a data center. It would exempt accessory server rooms, applications found complete before first reading, vested site-specific development plans and repair or maintenance that adds no floor area, electrical capacity or water demand.
