Five-building 'H' campus of about 2.4–2.5M sq ft at full build-out, investment of over $1B (DPR), at 6200 and 7301 Technology Blvd. In 2022 a Meta-tied entity (Scout Development LLC) bought 475 acres at 3951 Portugee Road to the south for two more data centers ('Project Tropical'); the status of that expansion is not covered here.
