Five buildings of up to 250,000 sq ft each and two on-site substations on 470 acres next to Metter-Candler Airport, south of I-16. Phased over 5–7 years to 2033. WTOC reports county talks pointing to a smaller footprint, so the final size is unsettled. A separate city proposal off East Hiawatha Street is not included. Coordinates are the Metter city centroid.
