Energy. A Dominion substation is required. Virginia Business reported about 300 MW at full capacity for the original 119.9-acre approval.
What the source record says
The original 119.9-acre approval covered three detached data centers of about 1.525M sq ft. The county estimated $2.7B, the developer $3B, with 165 direct jobs (Mangum study). The 60-acre addition makes a 180-acre campus. These investment and job figures refer to the original phase, so they are not set as campus fields. The coordinates are the OSM geocode of 1318 Page Road, one of the three parcels.
