Provider notes

Water. Montana Free Press reports a closed-loop cooling system. Water requirement unspecified.

Community. Residents raised concerns about water use, noise and possible pollution of the Blackfoot River. The industrial park's general manager then withdrew his signature from the special-exception application.

What the source record says

This is a separate 2026 project from the earlier HyperBlock bitcoin mine at the Bonner mill site: different operator, different building (the former UFP Edge building) and different era. The pin is on Bonner Mill Road inside the industrial park, from an OSM geocode. Krambu sought about 7 MW initially and up to 29 MW at full build-out, and said it could eventually reach 100 MW.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
