Global Stack calls it a self-contained edge computing and emergency-resilience system; residents call it a data center. Global Stack's generic spec is 8–10 MW on about 5 acres per fairground, but no site-specific figure was published. Tulare County supervisors adopted a 45-day moratorium on data centers in unincorporated areas. Coordinates are the OSM fairgrounds centroid.
