What the source record says
Boston-based GenH proposed installing a run-of-river hydropower system at the Lake Billings dam in Manton to power an adjacent modular data services facility in a 10 by 15-foot container. The city would receive rent-style payments. Presented to the Manton city commission on July 23, 2026, where several commissioners said they were not interested. No MW figure has been published. The pin is the OSM centroid of Lake Billings, not the dam. This is a separate site from GenH's tracked Morley Dam (Mecosta County) proposal.
