The purchase price was $4M; the company puts its total outlay at nearly $7M including bankruptcy-related costs. That is an acquisition cost, not a build investment, so investmentUsd is omitted. Baxtel lists 47,500 sq ft total, about 9,515 sq ft of raised floor, a 1.0 MW build-out expandable to about 3.5 MW, and a 2013 build year. Baxtel notes that a JLL sell sheet gives 3436 Penny Road instead of 2436. Coordinates are an approximate town-level placement.
