    "A CIK binds an organisation only when a reviewer recorded it with an SEC receipt (status curated). A company name is never looked up to find a CIK, and a CIK is never inferred from a parent, subsidiary or co-registrant.",
    "party_labels are exact strings copied from canonical record fields (developer, operator, owner, tenant, utility). Relationships are derived at build time by exact string equality; nothing is fuzzy-matched.",
    "ambiguous_aliases name more than one thing in the world. Text that matches only an ambiguous alias is held for review and never binds.",
    "Organisations with no canonical relationship are still watched when a reviewed source names them, but no project relationship is shown for them."
